If he would have said stuff like that in his posts I wouldn't have called for his head.

It kills me to think about what that brake line cost you. My Focus started acting up ... spark plugs ... 20 bucks. Wheel bearing started making noise ... $67 ... to be installed tomorrow by this guy ... I'm hoping for ~ $50 with a freon charge.

The bearing is a pain because you need pullers to get the drum off.

I think I would enjoy seeing downtown TO again. It's been a long time and now that time has passed I only recall the most excellent parts. I try not to think about that too much though as I'm still paying for those mistakes.

I got one too, but it's not like he can really hurt us. At least he's not threatening to hurt the mods and registering stuff with their emails. Being a mod has given me new appreciation for all of them.

I assure it's even worse than you think. And they only did the rear lines. I'm too embarrassed to say what I actually spent to have just the rear lines replaced but let's say it's a prime example of a dealership doing what dealerships do.

It can't be any worse than the embarrassment I live with for spending untold hours doing repairs and half of the repairs are on stuff that I broke while I was fixing something else. Glad you had the ching to get through. Did you rent anything interesting?

My wheel bearing has been put off til today. I'm hoping this goes smooth and the Focus lives on it all it's rattly glory. I feel like it has to keep ticking because I have new tires on it.

It all boils down to location location...your mishap happened in the high rent district. Could CAA have helped and how much for a tow back to Windsor? Most of us who own older vehicles usually don't take them to the dealer for that reason.
