Hello everyone, newbie here to Audioholics . Great Forum everyone has here as I have been lurking awhile . I just wanted to introduce myself and get my feet a little wet here. I have been into Home Theater for more years than I would like to remember and hope to learn more here and maybe be able to help out a little also. I am 55 yrs. old and a grandfather of four , retired from my City parks and recreation job but work part time as a morning DJ at our hometown radio station. My current setup consist of:

Home Theater;

mains- Polk LS 90's
center- Polk LS350
surrounds- Polk M3's (4)
Subs- 2 Velodyne DPS 12's
reciever- Onkyo 805
amps- 2 Onkyo M-282's
Blu Ray- Panasonic BD35
Dish Network- VIP 622
Optoma HD20

Living Room;

Mits 60" DLP
4 Polk R300's
center- Polk CS
reciever- Onkyo 605
sub- Velodyne VX10
Blu Ray- Panasonic BD 60
Dish Network- VIP 612

LOL, I see in your sig. you have the Def Tech 2006 speaker system, In the late 90's I had the 2002 system. I thought they were the best sounding speakers I have ever owned and have regretted letting go of them ever since. I hope my envy is not showing thru

Yeah, that's the only thing about getting older, you have someone around to remind you, that you use to be young. But, not all that FIT. Hey 4 can make you just as busy as 6. Cangrats back to ya.
