They really didn't throw out Anthony,he Quit. He has a much better time with Sammy as Sammy still has a good attitude. That goes a really long way in the music buisness.Plus Chickenfoot is great. They all look like they are having alot of fun playing live.
Yep with Joe Satriani in there it is a power house line up. I hope it is a product being more than the sum of it's parts.

Yeah! Chikenfoot is powering my house as we speak. Anthony/Joe/& Sammy -do not need the Van Hasbeen brothers to rock my house.

Had to back up a few post to see where we got off the Aerosmith track!

Flashing back to my youth. Aerosmith was my 2nd concert (Toys In The Attic Tour) had to be around 75-76. Great Album and can still remember the intro "Sweet Emotions". Wow, now I have to go and dig out that CD for a listen.

VH was a mere washed out color copy of its self after Dave. That and the fact the Asshat brothers forced out Micheal Anthony just adds to there already tarnished reputation.
That's the whole reason I haven't bought GH Van Halen. Wolfgang on bass just isn't VH to me.

That's one of the SACDs that I've picked up since getting a player this summer. Good stuff.

He did not quit!?

Reports say that The Aerosmith frontman Steve Tyler, said in a surprise appearance Tuesday night at a concert that will not leave this group, a day after several newspapers announced the retirement of him.
