Saints looked awesome. I'm curious to see how the offense translates once the cold weather comes... but if it does you guys could destroy the NFC.
If you look at the schedule, they really only have one or two potential cold-weather games: at Washington on Dec 6 and at Carolina Jan 3. All of the other games are either in domes or in warmer climates.

That ignores the playoffs, of course, but I anticipate they'll be enjoying the Superdome for that ;)

How bout dem Saints!
What Brees and the Saints are doing on offense is pretty unbelievable. He is playing like the best QB in football right now. I will get a good look of them next week when they play the Bills. The Bills usually play soft zone coverage (cover2, cover3) against dynamic passing offenses and Brees will just pick that apart. I hope they switch things up on defense like they did today and bring extra pressure. Bills also lost McKelvin, both of their tight ends and a starting man on o-line today. Bills starting middle linebacker will not be playing next week because he is still out with a broken arm so their defense is hurting. Look for Brees to have another monster game next week.

The Giants need to start scoring touchdowns in the redzone. 0-5 this year. Exciting game so far.

That was almost one, but they started just outside the red zone ;)

Crazy interception though.

Yup the Giants were a few yards outside the 20 yard line. Either way a huge td for the Giants. Good play by Manningham beating the corner on 1 on 1 and nice adjustment on the ground after the bobble.

The interception was just luck, indeed crazy. Take em when you get em.

Eli Manning

The comeback kid does it again! Great football game.

That was a good game.

I'll shed a single tear for the Cowgirls losing their first game in their fancy new hundred billion dollar stadium.

Ha ha, who am I kidding? I hope the giant million-pound screen falls onto the field in the middle of the night and the Girls go 1-15.

Can someone please tell me why the hell you would run the ball up the middle with a 5' 6" running back on 4th and 2 when the Ravens hadn't been able to stop the pass all day!?!?!?!?!?

Bolts should have won that game. F field goals. Go for the TD Norv!!!!

LAME.

Mr. Harvin showed he too is a force to be reckoned with, but our offensive line continues to offend. And what the _________ happened to our #1 run defense? For a while there, the LIONS took it to them & had their way with them

I can't believe none of your NFL guys entered our fantasy pool.....
To bad because the banter going on is a lot of fun....;)

A rough day for me.

One of my fantasy teams got crushed by a guy that got 225 points!

Cowboys lost on a last second play coupled with a lot of bad luck. I'm telling you we are cursed. However I kinda hope this sets up a nice run in December. :D Maybe we'll get good luck then. Romo still is throwing too many pics. The cowboys running game is amazing so he simply needs to relax and let them do their thing.

Eli Manning is as good as his brother and if you say otherwise you need to watch him play the game. He's a sick QB and with Manningham he's got a chance to win the Super Bowl again this year.

It was pretty clear the Cowboys are the more talented team. However the Giants are the luckier team. It's better to be lucky than good. On a positive I think I already beat my opponent in our league.

The play wasn't up the middle. Look at the blocking - the LG pull way right with the FB. If it were up the middle, the FB would have blocked up the middle in the gap that Lewis came through.

I don't agree with this statement. If the Giants running game was on and were able to punch it in from the red zone. This game would have been a blow-out. And your statement would have read "the Giants are the more talented team"

I thought the Dallas defense played soft. They didn't get any pressure on Eli. On the other hand the Giants defense was great with 4 turnovers. They got like 24 points off of turnovers. That is an impressive stat. Overall the Giants are doing a lot of good things but something they should be very concerned about is their inability to score touchdowns in the redzone.

They weren't able to get in because the Dallas Defense shut them down.

Romo sure helped out your team a lot too. There is no question Eli is a better QB.

They tried to get pressure on Eli all night. Eli is very good at making quick decisions.

The Dallas defense played a great game it was the offense of Dallas that caused the problems for the defense.

Up the middle is where Mighty Mouse ran. It looked like the same play they used against the Raiders for the game winning TD last week, just to the left side. Bottom line, how do you not account for Lewis on that play?

Williams is out for the season?!?!?!? ****!!!!!!!!!!

First game of the season and the Bolts lose Hardwick, Vasquez and LT and Williams. I can't believe we're so decimated by injuries already. Everybody was talking about how healthy the Bolts were this season. The scrubs and rookie lineman have been playing pretty decent for the lack of experience they have though.

Ray Lewis made a sick play and was not going to be stopped on that play. This is why he'll be in the Hall.

Lewis totally jumped the play. He timed his run from about 7 yards off the line of scrimmage so perfectly that he shot the gap between the center and the guard before either of them could look up. It wasn't a matter of bad blocking, bad running, or even bad play calling (although to your point the ravens weren't stopping the pass), it was just an amazing individual effort by Ray.
