GI Joe to suck worse than Transformers 2?

Please--don't let this be true. If so, Paramount and Dreamworks (Transformers 2) have decided to ruin my childhood. They just need to make a crappy Voltron (He-man already done!), Smurfs and Sport Billy movie along with a few live action "Schoolhouse Rocks" shorts for the win.

Transformers 2 currently goes down as being the biggest disappointment since The Phantom Menace. (Yes, I went there!) G.I. Joe shouldn't suck that badly. At least I hope not...

Yeah, you can tell by the trailers this ones gonna suck. Hell, just having that lame Wayans brother in it alone makes me not wanna see it. But it does have Ray Park as Snake Eyes. I'll probably rent it some day.


Hey, you know what always bugged me about GI Joe? No one ever died. Every time you saw a plane get blown up, you always saw the guy parachuting away. Come on, can't I have a tiny bit of realism in my war cartoons?

I haven't seen Transformers 2, but I'll rent it as soon as it comes out on disc. Apparently, it has Megan Fox running. Until Baywatch comes out on blu-ray, that'll be my fix.

I'm also going to rent G.I. Joe as soon as it comes out. Suck or not, I bet it's got some good visuals and action in it.

Ummm.....as bad as it sounds there IS a deal supposedly in the works to make a Smurfs movie (pretty sure it meant live action). I read that earlier in the week.?$%#$%
