Ugh, I hate spiders!! We are in the beginning of monsoon season and having a good down pour right now. I went out to feed the dogs and as soon as I put their pans down I notice something move out of the corner of my eye next to my male shepard Brutis.

This huge Tarantula!! I caught her in a bucket before my dogs saw her thankfully, now just waiting for it to stop raining so I can go release her. This isn't the first time we've had a tarantula around. The last one my wife named Rosey and she was with us for a few months before we found her smashed, probably by the dogs.

I don't know about you but tarantulas don't seem like a catch and release creature to me. The fewer the better, I say.

I am so glad that we don't have poisonous spiders, snakes or scorpions where I live...:eek:
