My sub sucks...

Just wanted to publicly state this. After watching a little bit of Star Wars (insert favorite episode) and Lord of the Rings - Two Towers I am 100% positive that my little p.o.s. sub sucks and I'll be stuck with it for a long time...budget cuts suck (state, city, school district...).

Have you seen Matt's subs for sale? A lot of sub for the money, from what I can tell. I don't know if he'd sell you one, but I don't think that would be all that expensive.

If you have the funds and space get Matt34s Kappas. If you want smaller and cheaper get his rythmics.

Hi Pat,

That is fantastic! Admitting you have a problem is the first part of the cure. I was once where you are now Pat and I want you to know it's not your fault. Nobody woke up and said to themselves, "I want shitty bass".

Since I was born good looking instead of rich I couldn't afford to throw money at the situation. I opted to go with a twin for what I already had. Look on eBay and find a twin. I think that is the biggest bang for the buck improvement possible for people in our shoes.

I use integrated subs from my towers, and I want more depth for sure.

But hey, budget dictates boom. Have patience.

If I can get that other guy in Phoenix to buy my Kappa's I can bring up one of the Rythmics for you also. It will be a night and day difference from the HTIB sub you have now.
