Question about Canadian brands

I understand Mirage, Energy, and Athena were owned by the same company.
After researching a bunch of these I am wondering if Energy C300 is the same speaker as Athena LS300. They look the same and have drivers that seem alike.
I've seen the Energy's for $159 a pr. That might be a very decent starter tower for CHEAP!
I've heard Energy speakers but not this model, so I could be wrong.
Anybody know the facts?

Athena and Energy were essentially the same company, though the Athena line was discontinued and rolled into Energy.

As mentioned in other posts, API (Mirage, Energy & Athena) was purchased by Klipsch about a year or so ago. They seem to be phasing Athena out probably because the compete more directly with the Klipsch name brand at stores like BB.
