pioneer vsx-07tx no sound

I have a pioneer elite, about 10 yrs old that just stop outputting audio. any channel, any source. power is good, mute is off and tape mon. off. any ideas would be helpful. i'am an electronic tech and have the top off but don't see anything unusual.

How did it started?

Did you try a master reset? Check near the end of your manual how to do it, in the Troubleshooting section.

No headphones in the phone's jack?
