Best component cable for Xbox 360?

I've recently noticed some discolored pixels on my TV when playing on my Xbox 360. I bought into the hype when I bought my plasma TV and went nuts with some 70 dollar component cable, and I'm pretty sure that's the issue because I don't see the dead discolored pixels when watching TV or playing my PS3. Anyways, I recently discovered this forum (thankfully) and bought a much-needed HDMI cable. I figured that since I only spent 11 bucks on my HDMI cable, there had to be something comparable for component video. Does monoprice have pretty good component video cables as well, or should I go elsewhere? Thanks for the help in advance!

I've gotten a couple of sets from them and thought like everything else I got from there is was a great deal.

Do a simple experiment. If you know which primary color is discolored swap that cable at both ends with another from that group and see if that discoloration follows the cable or not. The substitute any spare RCA that you may have around for that defective cable and see what happens.

But aren't some types of cables more condusive to transporting different colored atoms?
