I have been stringing a few of you along for quite some time now,mainly Alex and Adam so this is for you. I am working for the Mars Volta and will be starting the U.S tour at the end of July. I was going to do Faith No More or Limp Bizkit but this is what I really wanted. So its official I am the sound engineer for Mars Volta and its going to be a busy year. From what I gather I will be on for 4 weeks at a time and off for 10 days in between runs. That means alot of time at home with the family so its a win win situation for me. I was so worried that work was going to be tough this year but it all seems to be working out now. Thank goodness for that. Anyway just wanted to let you guys know who have been following my work plight that this are looking up..........

My buddy Tom is starting the tour in Europe and then he leaves to go do Alice In Chains for the rest of the year. It looks like this will be at least a years worth of work. I really needed this badly am I must say am pretty pumped at the very least. Thanks for everyones kind words and I will be posting tour dates so if I am in your area and I KNOW YOU (please no emails from folks I don't know) I will be glad to accomodate all my AH friends at any show.......
