Guys,
got some free time yesterday afternoon, so I decided to install the new amp. myself and I did it, believe me or not. Damn, my back is still hurting, though
Well, truth is that I've been pretty much rewarded with a new sound

It's amazing how the system sounds now, specially in regard to the dynamics - powerful, clean and crisp sound overall.
I never had a multichannel amp. before and matter of fact I was thinking to buy a 3 channel amp from Emotiva, but found out the UPA-7 at the very same price, so now I got all I always wanted in terms of power, indeed.
The amp. itself is built like a tank and gets barely warm to the touch. Matter of fact, yesterday I watched 3 concerts in a row and was blown away by its performance. My Denon 2809 gets warmer than the amp., believe me or not.
The only "minus" I found was the power cord, if compared to the same cord from the Samson Servo A 300, which is thicker, 13a rated (the Emo is 10a rated though) and one foot longer, so I kept the Samson cord to feed the amp. in lieu of the original one. BTW, they're both from the same manufacturer (same part no. as well).
Bottom line is that I'm pretty much happy with my new purchase though
Will post some pictures soon.
Regards, Chuck
