I just can't find any reason to get one but I still kind of want one.:D

I am pulling the driver out of my sub right now out of boredom plus it is has a rattle.
After you get used to using a Henway it just comes natural. :)

It's had a rattle since day one but we thought it was walking on the gramma pad. I moved it to put a shelf liner between the sub and gramma and discovered a rattle just a few minutes ago.

It's just the wires flopping around in there. Is there a good way to keep that from happening?

There seems to be some weather stripping around the sub that all tore off. What do I need to use to put this thing back together?

Yup by the looks of the cabinet I don't think you were supposed to take it apart.:)

It looks like this but I'm not sure of the width. link

They have a 3/4 " wide closed cell black weather strip at ace hardware for 5.99 that I used on my kappa perfects, its very adequate for this application,10' on the roll.

I would like to add that those cable clips would work great for the speaker wire but I suggest you pull out the nail and use a small woodscrew instead, thats what I did,I dont trust the nail to stay put, they just look too smooth like they will want to back out over time.

Seems like a good time to change to a ported box. I hear the output will double if I go ported.

You mean a whole new box?:eek:

I disagree completely. The Servo was nice, this is nicer and you don't need to double anything but then again, who am I? I think you need to get your wires to where they won't rattle, reseal that driver back in it's hole, throw some ribbed rubber vibration isolators under the sub to keep it from walking and call it a day.

Hope that helps. :)
