If any of you folks have any big plans. Why not post and share them with all of us. After all, we are like one big family here. As for me, I plan to once again spend it with my Mom. Not sure is she will be here next Easter. Only the good Lord knows that. Until then, I am trying to make her days as easy and comfortable as I possibly can.

Gosh my Easter ham turned out real well. So did everything else. However, the Walmart cheesecake was the bomb so to speak. Happy Easter to all my audioholic brothers and sisters out there. May your dinner turn out just as well as mine has. Just don't over do it like I did.........LOL!!!

DiGorno........huh? Oh man, if you lived closer I would hook you up my friend. That is, we had plenty to eat. I only ate (1) piece of cheesecake which is a record. The reason being-I usually just eat the entire cheesecake.........LOL!!!!! I also bought a coconut cake for my Mom. Thus, there was plenty of that left as well. The ham is awesome to say the least. Oh well, enjoy your pizza. What kind is it? Pepperoni? I love pizza myself...........hehe!

Well, Phil, it's all about perspective. A whole cheesecake is still only having one piece.

It was Tuscan Style Chicken. It's okay, but they put some sort of sour cheese or cream on there that isn't my style. I got it again because the chicken is tasty and my pooch likes that. I don't think that I'll buy anymore, though. California Pizza Kitchen's Garlic Chicken is one of my favorites.
