Low Sound/Bass From Subwoofer

Well, just to put an end to this post, I did in fact purchase a new amp for my KLH subwoofer and it works like a charm. No change in settings on my receiver or anything, just plug and play! I watched "Death Race" on Blu-Ray last night and the bass was unbelievable. Back to normal!!!

The amp that I purchased may be a little weaker than the one that was originally installed by the factory as I sense a little less bass output when watching television -- but watching movies is completely awesome!

Thanks for everyone's help out there! I really appreciate it! Great forum and website!

I doubt the amp swap was a downgrade. Sounds like they put a crappy amp in the sub. Glad to hear you improved it.
