Anyone know what the current discounts are? Is anything worth buying yet?

I got the Harmony One for 100 bucks off so that was worth it.

All the good stuck has been picked over pretty good by now, you may find some good deals on something you may find useful, but mostly there is stuff that nobody wants, and some tv's left.

No, lots of Monster Cables... CC doesn't sell quality speakers like DTs.

I've heard some people say there are some good deals on Denon and Onkyo receivers. Problem is, if you buy a unit and it's busted, you have to take it up with the manufacturer as all sales are final. This includes if you buy a TV and the screen is cracked.

Yeah, it's buyer beware... even with the deep discounts, some of the stuff is still not a good deal. I saw a standard 6 ft. power cord, the same type used on a computer selling for $20. Granted, it was 50% off, but even $10 seems a bit much, but then again I've never priced one before, but I'm sure you can get one on ebay for less than $10 shipped.

Seems hit or miss

I guess it's hard to tell, it probably depends mostly on your area and the given store. I know an employee of one of the local stores here and he says his store will be well stocked for while compared to other stores because of it's location, right next to a BB ;).

I got a graphing calculator originally priced at 150$ for 90$ and an APC XS 1300 originally priced $160 or $170 for like $96.

Also good note that the price labeled isn't necessarily the price you'll pay. I know both of those items were labeled differently and I had them do a price check before I bought. Seems like none of the employees really care anymore...I wonder why :p
