Freeway "Photo" Radar

Yeah, the quotes are there for a reason...
Apparently, the cameras in Phoenix have been recording streaming video 24/7 without anyone really knowing. That really bugs the hell out of me! Redflex and the state advertised these as "photo" radar cameras and not video monitoring devices. This sounds like false advertising.

Yes, they can be used to solve crimes and all. But, I'm tired of big-brother shoving their nose into everyone's business. What's even worse, it was perpetrated by a private company.

Yup, I copied the image info and went searching. I'm perplexed why you can't see the others.

I get error messages about the Angry Smiley Face page when I search it.
