If you have a center and a sub on the list, I think you are good to go. You might look into getting those front speakers away from the wall and corner.

He has a center, the two Omnis in front of the display.

I would pull the speakers away from the wall, slightly in front of the display. That will eliminate right to left imaging issues. The one on the right is going to reflect directly off the wall to the right and cause the sound to be unclear.

They are internet-direct only, but you may find someone near you who can demo theirs for you.

I think it is safe to say there are years of testimonials regarding the quality of SVS. I completely understand the desire to actually hear one first though. I was floored the first time I heard an SVS cylinder sub for what it could do vs what it cost. I should note however, that $550 is excellent introductory pricing and it will go up so don't wait too long.

I would suggest the Infinity SW12. It is only $400 USD, comes in multiple finishes, and performs equally to the SVS PC12NSD!!!!

I have one in my bedroom system and it is a great performer. A sleeper among subs at this price point.

Nousaine Subwoofer Shootout

Nice job, by the way. I agree with the others. I would work on speaker placement too!

Happy Holidays!!!!
