Jamie, my favorite is cheesecake. I also really like Pecan Pie. Don't have the recipes, because my Mom always makes them.

I have been fortunate enough to have the author (she is my sister ) cook both of these for me and they are great holiday desserts.

I change apple pie recipes regularly, but I also use the same crust. I have the recipe at home and will post later.

I don't have a recipe handy but Apple Crumble and it's variations are always tasty. Great for this time of year as it's served warm.
