Vizio speaker bar release?

Heard that Vizio was going to be releasing a wireless speaker bar with subwoofer sometime in late November. Anyone else know anything or what the specs are? I love my Vizio SV47XVT and with the economy and my wallet I'm going to be looking for a reasonable surround option.

saw something about a vizio sound bar during the summer but havent' heard anything since. let us know what you find out cuz some of us want to hear what vizio has for audio. hopefully it will be good and not too pricey.

Unless it's OEM, then it will be on par.

Vizio makes their own TVs, that's their specialty. It would seem logical to assume they would have an OEM for this "system". Perhaps something like the Boston Acoustics with the wireless subwoofer will be the OEM. Time will tell, but that's the best bet I've got.

Vizio has gotten my attention for good, decent quality TV's at the lower end of the budget scale. I have no reason to suspect that their sound bar will be horrible, granted, like their TV's there is better out there - but for the price, it's really not bad at all.

Halon451, I completely agree and that is why I've been intrigued by this rumor. I'll keep an ear on the ground and if I hear anything I'll report back.

According to their website the vizio Sound Bar did come out this last week and they'll let you know when it actually goes on sale if you email newproducts (at) vizio.com (haven't made enough posts yet to do the email or links). Looks good with SRS TruSurroundHD and TruVolume and will work for my flatscreen. I wonder how many more audio products they are gonna make? EngadgetHD has more info too.
