Onkyo TX-NR900 - $250

Okay, I posted this and then I removed it and now it's back up. I had thought I had the 901. Turns out I have the 900. They're quite similar and definitely still a formidable amp: http://www.onkyousa.com/model.cfm?p=f&m=TX-NR900&class=receivers

This is a hell of a receiver if you're using component video or any kind of external digital video processing. It is also ethernet/network capable for served music or internet radio.

It is in perfect working order, and has only ever been asked to drive my 5 speaker JMlab Sibs, so it has never been run hot. Comes with original remote AND manual, though the cover page of the manual is missing (tore off with use/storage).

$250 and local sale preferred (San Francisco, Bay Area). I don't have the original box, so I'm somewhat concerned about shipping. If I had to ship, I would double box it, but I wish I had the original foam blocks.

My camera's SD card isn't cooperating with me right now, but I'll get pics up shortly.

Hi, Marc. I just wanted to give you some info that might help you (and post it in the open because it might help others, too).

Near the top of the page is a menu bar that contains the choice, "Thread Tools". Choose that and a drop-down menu will show a choice called, "Subscribe to this Thread." When you subscribe, you can choose to have the system e-mail you any time there is a new post if you want it to. That way, you wouldn't miss out on someone wanting to buy just because you aren't on the forum for a few days.
