I just don't understand spending money on putting precious metals and stones on technology that is outdated within months (like the LCD or iPod Shuffle). I suppose for the uber-rich, though, it ain't no big thang.

So very true warp. I mean if you are going to spend that kind of money, why not spend it on something that is helpful. Just don't see the need for diamonds either.
