I missed the banter this week

Darn job - I actually had to work this week! Kept me so busy this past week that I wasn't on the forum when most people were. So, while I could respond to posts, I didn't get in on all the great banter that goes on during the day. I gotta say - I missed it. There's just a great group of people on this forum.

I hope that all was well for everyone this past week, and that you all have a great weekend (and Thanksgiving for our northern brethren).

If I were able to go on line at work, there would be hell to pay. When I'm not working I have been known to spend a day reading up on A/V. I don't know how you guys manage it while you're on the clock.

I also enjoy the banter here and since I too have been busy with work, I have been checking out your posts only to find that the normal level of friendly ribbing is missing. It never occurred to me that work was interfering with your posting habits as well.

My job only lasted a couple of weeks so I'm gonna be here for ya for the next little while. One thing I noticed is that Joe has been probated. I feel like I missed all the action but I think Mazer is too blame.

Hey Adam & Alex. I hear you, crazy week just past and another coming up. Why is it that work never comes in at a steady rate. It is either feast or famine. The other issue is that my productivity seems directly related the to proximity of the deadline. Meaning I can only seem to work under pressure.

Oh well. I am actually up early to start work today. I need to get a couple of new web sites up for review and a proposal to write over the long weekend.

At least I have Iron Man to watch at some point.

I hear what you're saying Adam. I usually have to log off just about the time most members are logging in for the day. I usually get to read all the banter that's taken place during the day and leave a quip or two but I generally miss all the good stuff. My work schedule pretty much messes up most of my days but I'm used to it now.

Living under a bridge would suck. How would you get the surrounds mounted at the proper height? What would you plug your plasma into? At least the power filtration issue would be a no brainer.

Hey Adam, I have noticed you have NOT been on as much. However, I too have been very busy at work. Been slammed all week. In fact, I even got my hands dirty. Now imagine that! Looks like next week is going to be even worse.

I do hope all is well for everyone. I really miss all of you guys. I also know that Tommy will be a daddy anytime. Anyways, thanks for starting this thread Adam as you truly are one heck of guy. Kudos to you my friend. BTW, where is Jamie and Maz?

I have been ridiculously busy at work lately too. Always on the road and when I'm not, I'm busy up to my eyeballs in the office. Busy is a good thing in terms of business, but it takes a toll on the brain. Then my laptop died and took a bunch of my stuff with it...I managed to retrieve a lot of my data, but not all of it. One of our guys quit too, so the rest of us have to cover what was on his schedule; crazy months.
