Favorite Metal Band: The Dillinger Escape Plan

They are the most brutal-sounding band I have ever heard. They make Skinny Puppy sound like Abba by comparison! Talented, but not my cup of tea.

Metallica is high up on my list, but mainly the older stuff. I used to listen to a lot of harder stuff, but Tool is about it right now. Early NIN was very heavy also. I listen to a LOT of Deftones, but wouldn't really call them Metal, especially the new album. Korn also; again, mainly the older stuff.

That looks like it would be funny. I will catch up to it eventually (I am buying and watching SNL as the full-season sets get released on DVD. Up to season 3, so far.)

MOTORHEAD..........been my favorite all time metal band since i saw them open for ozzy , on his blizzard of oz tour...with randy rhoads...in early eighty or eitghtie one.
ive seen just about every metal band , more than once...rob halford best singer/front man.
