One of the theaters near by has Kettle Korn and that is about the only thing I like to eat in the theater lately :) Before, candy of choice would be Malt balls and SweetTarts
Never heard of Kettle Korn before, what is it?

In my earlier movie watching days (in Lakeland Fl) there was a theatre that you could go to that had a bar type auditorium. They served Iced buckets of long neck brews of your choice, smoking was allowed, they had a kitchen and you could order food (Burgers, coldcuts, hotdogs, nachos, etc.) The movie only cost $1 to get in. The only catch was the theatre only showed movies that were one month before hitting DVD/VCR. I loved that theatre. They also showed Monday night football there on the big screen. They had 2 other auditoriums there, 1 showed kids movies, the other one showed older movies.

Now days when i go to the theatre i get a large Cherry Coke and Reeces Pieces or peanut M&Ms.

Peace,
Tommy

i buy dots at the grocery store, open the box and rip of the remainder of the box where it tops off and close it. Then just stick it in my pocket :D

the most ridiculous thing I've done was, during the winter time back in highschool (6 years ago); 3 of my friends and I went to krispy kream dounuts and got a half dozen each of glaze and kept it under out jackets and walked in.

...Yes fattening.. But that's when Chicago-land burbs in IL just boomed with Krispy Kreme's.

last month, I met up with some people at the theater after work, stilled dressed just took off my tie. Went across the street from the theater to Chipotle (mexican grill) and got a Burrito Bowl, and shoved it under my dress shirt.

at first i was sort of skeptical about doing this... but it worked, with shirt still tucked in and the container under it, i pulled it off. Then just ate it during the movie.

I've done some crazy things during highschool, like bought a half foot sub from subway and kept it in my front pouch of my hoodie.

I'm not going to some cheap dirty theaters, I'm always going to AMC30 in IL, they're HUGE. And the prices are HUGE, so why not just bring in my own food? hahahaha ughhh -bet no one can top this off :D

Kettle corn is popcorn covered in a sweet glaze with lots of salt. The sweet and salty style...
You got me intersted now. I have had caramel popcorn before but it is not salty. What is the dominant sweet flavour in Kettle corn that compliments the saltiness:confused:???

My joke has inspired reality. I just ordered Papa Johns (buy one, get one free), and I will be enjoying it front row center in my home theater. :D

My favorite ordering out is an "all pork pizza" which includes lots of cheese, bacon bits, bacons strips (if they have them), pepperoni and sausage.

I got an extra large Hawaiian BBQ Chicken (with extra chicken substituted for the bacon) and a large one-topping with grilled chicken.

Want some? You better get here quick, brother! :)

Amen Bear-exactly my fav too. Guess us audiophiles think alike eh? Or, maybe it is just a man thing? Either way, the more cheese and sausage the better I always say.

Cheers,

Phil
