Which of the TV's looks better to you? That's probably going to be more valuable than any advice I can give. But, here are the 2 reasons why I chose LCD over DLP:
1) "rainbow effect": When I move my eyes quickly among different parts of a DLP screen, I see the little "rainbow" at the very edge of my vision. That's the biggest reason I chose not go with DLP. I hear that it happens to a minority of people, but it's rather annoying if you happen to be one of them. I was shopping for HDTV's about 1 1/2 yrs ago, so DLP technology may have improved since then, but it's something worth checking out for yourself.
2) ambient lighting: My TV is in my living room, near some big windows. When a significant amount of light shines on or close to the screen, DLP TV's become noticeably more washed out. I believe it's due to the way the image is produced with a DLP TV (rear projection, similar to a movie theater) compared to an LCD TV. I don't want to have to turn off the lights and close the blinds whenever I want to watch regular TV, and my wife wouldn't agree to it anyways.
Just a couple of practical things to consider ...
