Got My Ultra Pb-13 Subs Today.... I Need Help

How do I set these up? They are in a room 18x26 with a ceiling of 9 foot 4 inches.

Can someone tell me how I have to have them setup? My preamp is the Integra 9.8

i read the online manuals of stuff i would like to get (even if i'm still just considering them) ... it kinda helps you maximize the features of your unit. but once i get them, the manual gets filed, never to be read again

I'd be inclined to place them at the mid-point of opposing walls (front/back, sides) or corners if it's practical. Otherwise, both up front about 9' apart. Gains on subs about 1/3, 9-11 o'clock position. Phase at 0 to start.

So Panos what finish did you get? I would love to have two of the rosenut or gloss black and set them outboard of my mains one on each side. What would that run, rosenut $1600 plus $100 shipping so 17x2 $3400. I suspect I would be very happy with my entire HT experience at that point

1599 x 2 = 3198 less 5% for pairs = 3038.1 + 99 shipping x 2 = 3236.1 USD for a pair of rosenuts.

Do i need to use the plugs that come with the subs? Will they give me deeper base? The manual isnt quite clear!

You don't need to use the plugs unless you want to change its tuning. There should be a tuning chart in the manual that shows how the different tunings affect the freq. response.
