Bose Quiet Comfort 3

I travel a lot a need a pair of noise canceling headphones so I can zone out in peace on the planes. Anything better than the Bose Quiet Comfort 3? They cost $350.

I'd like something that is fairly compact and comfortable to wear on long plane trips. The Bose seem to be a popular choice among the road warriors.

There are noise cancelling headphones for under $200 that sound leagues better than Bose. I would strike Bose from my list of consideration.

I have a pair of THESE and they sound very good and provide excellent noise attenuation.

If you don't like IEMs then I would take a look at the PCX250s.
