It's called "Il tempo Gigante", it's a full scale replica of a car that featured in a kid's movie around here some 30 years ago.

It's got something like 1600 horsepowers and if you step on the gas too hard, basically everything will break

That's easy, first few launches on video, Rosie couldn't hold her gases, last launch on video, she left her chair to get a meatloaf, headcheese and lambshank sandwich, she threw the rocket off kilter when when her butt shifted the CG.
