I received my rx-v3800. Was shipped only in the Yamaha box which was beat to hell by DHL, but hopefully I won't have any issues with the receiver...Would have loved to see it double boxed with some peanuts...

I received mine yesterday, it was double boxed with Styrofoam peanuts in-between. The outer box was damaged but the packing took the damage—the receiver was fine.

This was an upgrade from a RX-V550 and holy smokes what a difference! Now I just have to calibrate the thing…lol!

I was originally looking at the V1800 but this bargain was to good to pass up
