So my father has had this projector for about 4 years now and we have had no problems with it. About a week ago a problem with the blue light has started. For some reason the blue light wont align properly, thus making the picture have a blue "ghost image" to the right of everything. We have tried to realign it via the settings but for some reason the blue lines will not move correctly to align with the other lines. What could be the problem? Any help would be appreciated. If you need a better explanation please let me know, we would really like to figure this out.

May be a mechanical shift of that tube?

And how does one go about fixing this?
Sorry for the late response:(
If this is the problem, it may be, or not, one has to get inside it but it is dangerous in there with the very high voltage to the tubes. I would call a calibrator who is familiar with tube projectors and is willing to get inside to check and fix, if that is the issue. It also could be a magnet shift in there?
Best to let a pro check it if that projector is worthwhile to keep considering today's, 1080p projectors with plenty of lumens.
