The volume of your box is 3.17 cu ft. Add back the volume of the braces, the speaker and amplifier.

I'm wondering about the volume, did you make a typo when you said 3.17 cu ft? the parameters you gave say Vb = 4.317 cu.ft.

Sorry I made a typo. I'm glad you caught it. It is 4.317 cu.ft. Sorry!
