Well, the wife and I are getting a condo, thus shattering my dedicated HT/IB subwoofer dreams.

I am actually excited about it. We really don't like the houses below a certain price point, and we decided that we don't want to spend all our money on the place we live. Nor do we want to have to clean a huge house (we both work).

The condo's we are looking at are about half of the cost of the homes that we were looking at. This means we will have more money for HT , but we will only have a living room/kitchen to put it in .

It is always exciting to plan out a new setup. If I get the ok from the wife, I want to move my current setup into the bedroom and get some new stuff for the living room. Perhaps a projector screen that rolls up and is totally hidden.

I have seen it done, it would be pretty sweet.

But it is hard to phrase the following sentence properly, "hey wife! I want to cut a 20" by 20" hole in the wall of our new condo"

I will keep this as an option as it would be the best solution, but I am probably heading toward an SVS of some kind.

If I could do it today I would get 3 of these for LCR

And a PB12 plus.

But I don't think that deal on the speakers will be around long.

Maybe...

We are looking almost exclusively at 2 bedroom condos. The second bedroom is slated to be our office, but it's a possibility.
