Yeah, youre right. My buddy from Texas would agree, Hed say were just grilling.

I'm from Texas and we take BBQ seriously around here. You can take wood chips (we can buy them here at the grocery store but pecan, oak, mesquite, etc. will all work if you can get your hands on some) and wrap them in tin foil with small holes poked in it and place that on the grill close to the flame for that smoke flavor. Keeps ashes from messing up that nice looking grill!!!!

That sounds like a great idea, Ill have to give it a try. I have to agree, you Texans know how to BBQ. If my buddys mom says BBQ in the sentance, Ill eat it. Dosent matter what it is, I KNOW it will be phenominal.
