Seriously, I have no life.
Saying no tix code reader or metal detectors but has an estimate of 520 feet distance shot so looks like an issue of perimeter security too.

Interesting that no one mentioned the gun law that was passed in Utah, open carry even in colleges and concealed if you have a permit. Why does that escape the right? First amendment probably prohibits metal detectors in Utah. Cannot have it both ways.

Welp that moment of unity lasted about two minutes. Anderson Cooper played Trump's address and he quickly blamed the radical left. I liked the part about 'all groups involved.' I'm thinking that's a lone wolf, but ok all who partook in funding the shooter. Plus again Trump giving a speech on unity while spewing hate. Just adds to the retarded.
Seriously? How dare you disparage the response, that’s sick! Spewing hate…. How about just being angry? Charlie, a very young man openly discussed issues with college kids and welcomed open debate and you put that down, he would have eaten you for lunch. You’re grotesque!

Because a law abiding citizen didn’t murder him. Why bring up the speed limits when someone doing 100 kills people? The law didn’t murder Charlie Kirk, a murderer did. That’s a disgusting argument and you look like an idiot trying to make that analogy. These types of arguments is why the left is about to go down in flames, sane people are waking up to your insanity and we’re done! A sane person following the law and wanting to defend themselves didn’t assasinate him and suggesting a law allowing self defense is related to a political assasination is insane.

Trump is always angry and hate. That's the point. It could've been a moment of calm and somber reflection but no. Kirk was a person who debated kids only. However, nobody deserves to be shot. If you wanna talk sick than take a look at your own. Bannon, Jones, and Waters said after the shooting we are at war with the left. Ah we don't even know who the killer is yet.

Enragement equals engagement.

Or something to the effect a CNN guest said. I wish some would understand this under Trump.

Couldn't stand the guy and thought he could only have an edge when debating kids. But noone deserve to be murdered.

It didn't take long for the squabbling to start....

Have you watched the videos with the stupid crap spouted by those students and people on the street? Many didn't have a thought in their head, just acted like Parrots, repeating what felt good to them.

Not saying I agreed with most of Kirk's ideas, but if this is the way dialog is killed, we're f&cked as a country.

Yeah my brother like Charlie Kirk and I pointed out to him that he only would really debate young college kids. Shooting somebody is not the way to beat him. Being a better debater is.

Political assassination is a refuge of cowards
Desmond Tutu said "Don't raise your voice, improve your argument"- why is this not taught in schools?

Well, I never would have guessed ............
Did you watch the first part of the video, showing him leaning
against the window? He looked clearly disturbed.

This will be interesting- death penalty isn't supposed to be used when the suspect/convicted is mentally ill. I wrote 'suspect' because, while he hasn't been tried, he also hasn't been convicted. Pleading 'Not Guilty' is just lawyers forcing the prosecutors to convince the jurors to vote 'guilty', regardless of the proof.

Once again, someone who shouldn't have been free, was released.

My opinion on execution, it isn’t a punishment per se, rather an admission that we as a society do not have the tools to rehabilitate an individual or ever release them back into society. Sadly some individuals must be removed from society permanently. I also believe life in prison in solitary confinement is cruel and unusual punishment while also being a defacto death sentence.

Great post. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

OK, but if you have been watching the news today, maybe you heard about the guy who decapitated a co-worker during a fight. He then kicked the head, kicked it again, picked it up and threw it into a dumpster.

How would you rehabilitate someone like that?

I tend to the think the Trump years are "raise your voice, don't improve your argument" LOL.
From your apparent perspective, I can understand why you would think that but if you were on any other side, the BLM, Antifa, etc bullshyte was worse. BILLIONS, probably tens of billions of dollars in damages and they aren't finished.

Feelings are used far too often in politics when thinking & logic are needed. Running a campaign on hope? Winning a Nobel Peace Price because of what they HOPED he would do? That's ridiculous. OTOH, voting for what someone says they plan to do has its pitfalls, too- sometimes they don't actually want to do it, sometimes the opposing party is too resistant to allowing POTUS to do it.

There are too many politicians who are more loyal to their party than to the citizens of the US. That needs to change.

Do you actually believe antifa is a real "organization"?

I think it's a 'movement'. I don't want to see bike lock wielding whacko's any more than I want to see swastika arm banded incels marching down the street. It's examples of way over the line extremism on both sides.

All I know is my kids H.S. just went on lock down today over a kid bringing a pistol and showing it off. Somethings broke and despite my voting and correspondence to elected leaders, they ain't going to do anything.

I understand why people expatriate from our current social climate in the U.S.

It's an idea at best I think. Mostly in the minds of the wackos on the right.
