in the US its called preservatives , which is impacting our heath and or killing us early. Case in point. About 3 years ago, my wife developed this unreal rash, her immune system was attacked by something. We got her into Mayo Jacksonville and after the test, they found she was allergic to citric acid and Fructose Corn Syrup both preservatives in about everything. .

Between preservatives, Genetically Modified Organism crops, HCFC, antibiotics & steroids in livestock and food coloring, what's left?

Did your wife have problems with fresh citrus fruit?

That looks like steam- if that water passed through a water heater, I doubt it would last more than five years. It can also be rusty from old galvanized pipes, but it would be more orange than brown.

Some folks can be allergic to components in common fruits and veggies. Citric acid and fructose are both ubiquitous in fruits and veggies. In my teens I was allergic to shell fish and banana. I have outgrown shell fish but still allergic to banana.

Fortunately, Scott Gottleib, FDA Commish in Trump 1.0 is trying to undermine RFK. BTW surprisingly Scott Gottleib was quite an effective Commish. Many in FDA were quite skeptical about him in the very beginning.
