Hello, Audiophiles.
I am looking to install a surround system in my living room and do not want to run wires all the way around the room to reach surround speakers. I would like to have the wireless system run on 5 or 6GHz WiFi so that it will not interfere with my 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi Router and devices. I will be hooking up the transmitter(s) to a Denon AVR-S760H 7.2 Channel AV Receiver - 75 W/Ch (2021 Model), Advanced 8K Upscaling, Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization, DTS Virtual:X & More, Built-in HEOS, Amazon Alexa Voice Control. What make and/or model devices would you recommend?

Thanks & Best Regards,
Bill

Something like this would work...but, just run wires.
You will be downgrading.

Just a bit of FYI: These systems work in light of sight. at 6Ghz the length of the wave is about 2" - so even relatively thin objects would stop the radio, not to mention, such wireless kits free you from not needing audio cable, but you still must run a power cable.

I’d probably go with the Klipsch Surround 3 speakers. They’re supposed to sound pretty good, and since they use WiSA technology on the 5.2 to 5.8 GHz bands, it seems like they won’t mess with my Wi-Fi. They’re also easy to set up

Your plan is a bad one. That receiver has no preouts, so you would be connecting the transmitter to the speaker terminals, which is not a good plan. Your are likely to run into latency issues as well.

Wi-Fi speakers really need to be part of an integrated system with active speakers with built in Wi-Fi receivers that are part of a total package. These are in their infancy and just starting to appear.

I strongly recommend you wire your speakers.

WiSA speakers won't work in this situation. They require a WiSA transmitter on the front end. Unfortunately, WiSA has not seen fit to offer a simple transmitter - receiver system that would allow people to use the equipment of their choice on both the front and back end. A shame, because from what I can tell it's one of the better systems of this type.
