I saw CA Secy of State had said he could be on ballot. Not that he'd win there in any case....or if he even gets the parties nod. Maybe he'll run as a libertarian?

yep that didn't take long. And when the rigged and stacked US Supreme Court gets this, they will no doubt since 3 are trump appointees, side with Trumpet. Talk about blind justice and doing what is right for this country. I hope I'm wrong and they bar him from any public office.

We flushed him the last election cycle by using our vote. Normally how things are done in U.S. My concern is this is going to have a galvanizing effect on a voting base they might not normally turn up to vote for him.

While I didn't vote for him twice I feel like this could be a patronizing pat on the head. It also could be legit and I think it needs to see SCOTUS.

Don't think there are enough "flat earthers" out there to cause Democracy to be overturned or to cause evidence-based science to be nullified.

What does it matter? People voted, the vote was counted, the man isn't President.What is it you think didn't work exactly? What about the election process is inherently broken that states now need to, I think legally questionably, usurp voters.

Now if States want to take him to task for pressuring to 'find the missing' or 'discrepant votes' and there is a legal issue with it then that's what due process clause is supposed to jump start.
