True Detective the first season with McConaughey and Harrelson. There's a scene where the governor and lieutenant officer visit them. The gov is concerned because a murder has upset the religious community or something. McConaughey barely acknowledges their visit. That's me.

I was talking about how politics gets in the way of the truth. Then McConaughey says, Can you believe this godaman BS. Harrelson tells him he's the governor. McConaughey says, Well that figures. Hahaha. The total lack of respect.

When perusing YouTube I stumbled on Star Trek Continues. This is set in the final 2 years of the original series. I grew up with the original series. Man, this is addicting. Produced in the mid 2010s so none of the original cast. The sets and production are so 1960s its almost scarry. I binged on 4 hours of this stuff, and I LOVE it. Anybody else familiar with this show?

We have been watching True Detective: Night Country. Pretty good season.

I've forgotten what I've said where.

We've been watching Stargate SG-1 on TV for dinner. I really like this show. We are on season 3. We get two episodes in per night except for the wife and kids Hockey nights when we only get one. I don't care for hockey.

Stargate has been on Prime but I just feel that their change with ads and killing Dolby Vision made the picture worse and I don't even have a 4K TV upstairs. It's a basic 5 years old 65" Samsung. But sometimes the picture quality more closely resembles VHS and not DVD. It's not the wifi. The router is only 15 feet away stuff EPSN/+ and other services comes in beautifully.

At 8pmish I go downstairs to my mancave and watch whatever I feel like.
