That’s a Small room either sub will be fine but the 12 goes a little lower . I use two weak 10” in one set up and a 15” diy sub in another . So either of the monos get pretty loud and on par with my 15 for sound quality. Really just depends what you want more spl or less . I don’t listen that loud actually so I’d be fine with either .
