Help with the Yamaha RX-V596

On the back where you plug in hte speakers, only the left side works. I know its not the speakers, because they work on the other side, and to fix this ive tried to reset it to default settings, but that still didnt work. is there any way to fix this, or is half of the outputs just screwed?

It looks like you have a defective receiver. If it's warranty is still valid, I would get it repaired. If the warranty has expired, I suggest that you also find a factory authorized service facility to get it fixed.
