Sadly that would be my point.
Defector shields off.
Correct me if I am wrong about your point. Do you believe Rogan with respect to Covid interviews and their potential content should be censored to protect the American public?
If that is the case, I disagree. The way you combat bad speech is with more speech not censorship.

Yes, I agree, back to business.

I think the solutions will involve unicorns that fart methane. It will increase supply and lower prices if my old macro economics book was right.

Never said he should be censored. I'm saying he's using his platform 'on getting all sides' to push his agenda of conspiracy on covid.

Quit watching him. But again the agenda likely really isn't this get all sides but to push a conspiracy agenda. I hope I'm wrong but I dunno. Follow the money.

Agree. I don't know what's in his head i.e. if he is "intentionally" pushing a conspiracy agenda. On the surface, I'll take him at face value for now unless further evidence reveals otherwise.
It wasn't too long ago that saying Covid originated in a laboratory was a conspiracy theory. In the 70s, it was considered a conspiracy theory that the FBI spied on John Lennon. Shining a spotlight on an issue and time are best way to get to the answers sometimes.

You gave a list of the rights values what are the lefts?

Lets put it this way. I put these values up on the right to show you how they don't articulate those principles and are only this knee jerk reaction to the left. In other words, they are the key to the Republic, but yet they don't mention let alone hammer home those principles. Therefore by their lack of articulation is arguably the biggest obstacle to achieving a Republic. Well at least we're not as bad as the left -- isn't a very high standard. I put up those principles it doesn't seem to me anyone around here even knows as a Republican conservative. Kind of odd, eh? Maybe some of the problem is Republicans don't believe in it themselves and don't verbally promote them? Lets say the Left are the opposite of those principles, but by your 'lack of' means your still going to need a little self-reflection. I think if I were a news source each time I'd be trying to hammer home those same principles vs the left in a brief yet digestible manner and see how that works. Yet outrage is their platform w/o much a philosophy.

Notice too how when Shady said the left have higher journalist standards you guys went silent. My point being I know who CNN is and what they're motivations are, but I can also watch them and get something out of it and not feel like I'm being treated stupidly. I don't at all get that impression with Faux's primetime slots, particularly Tucker. I can watch the Clinton Years on CNN and get something useful out of it because there's actual journalism in it. I turn on Fox Business and watch Scandalous and I'm literally watching a conspiracy within what should be a real documentary on true events. It's that lazy. I think what bothers you guys is that I tune in to CNN to begin with.

Encouraging divisiveness- See Trump and Faux
Defuding police- agreed
Encouraging crime- how?
Hurting the very minority bases they claim they protect? possibly

Edit: or they've adopted each others policies to appeal to the majority and therefore there isn't a whole lot of distinctions to be made.
"Notice too how when Shady said the left have higher journalist standards you guys went silent"

Silent? Do you ever listen to yourself? Do you ever even listen to others even? When @shadyJ posted his absolute bullsh$t that's when the thread went off the rails. Because we had plenty of responses

Which you have not answered a single one.

You take one sentence out of our replies and just go off on a tangent

You still haven't answered a single one of my links or 3 basic questions

I'm done talking with you about this. It's not a conversation. It's just you sticking to your narrative no matter what info or comment someone brings into the conversation. Like I said it's like having a conversation with a rock wall.

Don't even bring this up with me anymore please Id like to get back to gas prices and other energy issues as well.

That's what 'platforms' are for. His idea is that people should hear the available info and decide for themselves. You posted "It's that he gave the fringe covid deniers "equal" representation in the name of 'letting everyone be heard.' "- that's called 'free speech'- he's not yelling "Fire!" in a crowded place, he's making his views and those of others available to those who want to hear them. If he was doing this on network TV that's more easily available, it would be subject to FCC guidelines that used to require honesty- that ship has sailed. But I digress. If YouTube thought it was false, they wouldn't keep his videos up and I have seen others that were taken down for that reason.

You never answered the question how leftist hosts are just as propagandistic as Tucker. You then provided a link to "a" journalist who changed her tune. I'd say thats cherry picking. I also remember you saying well Faux really didn't kill anyone regarding their coverage on covid. Had that been CNN I'm pretty sure conservative replies would have ranged from negligence to outright murder. Therefore do I owe you a reply?

Do you only pay attention to sensationlism in media? You think because Hannity and Carlson spew that someone who disagrees with their rather vile content must necessarily listen to some equally bad mouthpiece/talking head at the other "end" of your perceived spectrum?

That's my point. He isn't being held up to any standard so he can push his crackpot guests on covid. He's using the allure of free speech to push conspiracy.

I dare you to dig up any post I've had that said Fox News didn't kill anyone regarding there coverage on Covid I dare you. I never said that period. Although I will admit I don't care what Fox says about Covid. I don't even watch mainstream media

Although I will say anyone that would get there Covid info from CNN or Fox and not there personal physician is a fu$%ing idiot period

Cherry picking? There are dozens of journalists just like her! Here I'll link you another one. You obviously didn't listen to what she had to say and you OBVIOUSLY didn't research her data.

Whose cherry picking now?

Once again I will agree with you that the right wing media does it too 100% but you are either lying to yourself or outright delusional if you don't think the mainstream media on the left doesn't do it just as much as the right

And who does the average American believe about the media? Me or you? Well considering CNNs coverage is down astronomically and Rogan has like 11 million viewers that should tell you something. Why don't most people trust the media period?

The truth is you don't listen because you've been getting your a$$ handed to you for about 5 thread pages now. You don't have any facts to rebute our counterarguments

I told you to stop dragging me back into this and I asked nicely talk about gas prices or whatever but quit dragging this out when you have nothing to say and if you do I'm asking one more time nicely please leave my name out of your mouth.

I just said he's trying to equate leftist hosts with Tucker. The guy is almost never not lying, but he's tries to make an equivalence anyway. I find it ridiculous.

Yet I don't see CNN saying it's a hoax and two years into covid having antivaxers as guests. Call it luck or default opposition, but at least they're not broadcasting it over the airwaves.

PS- I'd get covid advice from CNN before Faux.

Probably am getting it handed, but you still haven't provided a comparison to Tucker.

You dont listen do you? The whole conversation started with whether the left media can demonstrate bias like the right. That's it people asked you after awhile to give your evidence data and links and you just literally went off the rails

Dude I asked you nicely twice to drop this stupid a$$ argument I don't give a flying fu$% what you have to say because you have nothing I mean NOTHING to say. No facts no counterarguments NOTHING.

Mainstream media is a joke both left or right. Nothing your going to say is going to change my mind.

I'm going back to gas prices you can post all you like I'm not responding anymore
