The freedom convoy of antivaxers here in Canada are a bunch of facist pigs.

An oxymoron: A smart anti-vaxxer.
I am not anti vax. I support vaccines for at risk groups or those that are fearful. Let everyone else decide for themselves. This is a very simple concept that is very hard to successfully argue against. Perhaps that is why countries are ceasing to push vaccines and vaccine passports.

Parking a truck on a public road and interfering with everyone else’s lives is not a medical decision
I agree and have not said otherwise. I think they should just park them off the road and refuse to transport. Governments should drop their mandates and the truckers would go back to earning a living. Government mandates too interfere with peoples lives and certainly we know enough now to know the vaccines serve little purpose.

Saying 'some should have vaccines, but not all' is no different than being anti-vax. The corona virus can infect anyone regardless of age or medical risk status. Only if enough people become vaccinated can the virus's ability to spread be contained.

Vaccinating against highly contagious viruses is not at all like other health related decisions. Haibtual drinking to excess, smoking, or over eating to the point of obesity, only endanger your own health. Avoiding vaccination endangers an entire society. Arguing that we should 'let every else decide for themselves' is selfish and ignorant.

I am far from ignorant and if you think that you getting a vaccine is somehow helping humanity, you are the one that is I’ll informed. Vaccines do not stop the spread..period end of story. My immunity is better than any vaccine. Society was endangered when the virus was released. The only way out is our God given immune systems. If we have a society full of people that have weakened their immune system through constant vaccines, we will be in a world of hurt in the near future.

This is a text book example of ignorant anti-vaccine beliefs.
My immunity is better than any vaccine…
The only way out is our God given immune systems.
I think statements like these make it abundantly clear that our friend Lazasar is not only misinformed, but is indeed anti-vaccine.
If we have a society full of people that have weakened their immune system through constant vaccines, we will be in a world of hurt in the near future.
If it wasn't abundantly clear, a fair minded reader must ask just how vaccinations weaken our immune systems.

Vaccines stopped polio and smallpox, not our immune systems. Period. End of story.

That would be the end of the story if these COVID vaccines worked like the polio vaccine. But they do not…that my friend, means it is most certainly NOT the end of the story.

You're missing the point. While the vaccines may not work the same, depending on our immune systems to stop the spread will most certainly not work.

Anti-vaxxers are highly immune to facts and rational reasoning, but I do think that his posts should not go unchallenged as a public service to help stop the spread of misinformation.

I agree, our immune systems will not stop the spread, nothing has proven to do that. However, the vast majority of the population will beat the virus and after having done so will have immunity that exceeds that of a vaccine and it last longer than the vaccine. I have such immunity as do millions of American. Why risk known short term risks and long term risks that we don’t know about, by taking a vaccine?

No, it is not a simple concept. You don't seem to understand pandemics and how to control it or try to.
We are all at risk, period.

You could have fooled me. You are really uninformed. I imagine smallpox went away despite the vaccination?
You have evidence about the strength of your immune system?

Never mind, don't bother. I need to watch my paint drying.

I have a modest proposal. Let’s look at reality.

Right now about 2,500 Americans are dying from covid every day. The vast majority of these deaths could have been avoided if everyone was fully vaccinated
