Look at Audioquest, Nordost, MIT, Wireworld and many others out there for the meat of the cable nonsense....the burn in thing isn't quite as large even among those nuts but still a few offerings out there if you look around (if you want full disgust check out the many cable brands/offerings/pricing at the Mapleshade store)....
I do see ridicules prices for jacks and power cables, like $350.00 for a one-foot cable. I guess there are enough people out there, for these companies to make a profit. People just have too much disposable income and the need to impress someone.

Furthermore, I guess it's true: A fool, and his money are soon parted.

I wonder if I had a truck load of crap, could I sell it for chocolate pudding

$350?? That's peanuts. If you want the real deal you spend in multiple thousands for your cables!

Just use them, you'll be the one doing more of yhe break-in.
this and while you're at it perhaps experiment with positioning a bit. By the time you're done with that any perceived 'break in' will be complete !

Is there somebody I can pay to move the speakers around while I listen for the sweet spot?

So what I have gathered from all the help I have gotten with this post.

1. I need a couple of thousands $ for cables.
2. A magic box to break in my spanking new cables.
3. Better beer and pizza to find the sweet spot for the speakers.

But the final WORD is that I should just do nothing but chill out, roast a few bowls, and dig my new speakers

Yeah, I can live with DAT....;)

Thanking everyone for your help !!

I was recently instructed to mark one end of my speaker cables because "they burn in directionally".

Dead.
