What do you want to know?
If you are thinking about buying, I would say, “hard-pass.”
If you have them and need help, what with?

whether it pays to buy and what the bass is like, whether it is felt or just heard

Hard Pass means "No, do not buy."
Shortest version: Most Speaker manufacturers do not build good quality Subwoofers. For some reason, this is pretty much true, across the board, with one exception I know of. Paradigm makes good Subwoofers.

@Ivkyy1 , where are you located? Your choices will be limited to what is available in your area. There are many products here in the US which are very good and affordable, but are not easily obtained or affordable if you are outside the Continental US. ;)
For example, if in Europe, you can look at BK Elec and XTZ.

Those are really bad specs for the money asked so look at something else like @ryanosaur suggests.

If in europe Arendal sound subs are worth a look also. If in the states you have more options than the rest of the world.

Klipsch is often considered ok if you get them at a good price. Polk is not considered very good on these forums.

Living where you are Klipsch might be considered if the prices arent very high. You probably dont have a lot to choose from at lower prices.
How is the SVS pb1000pro priced in your country if availible?

What is your approximate budget? (In euro or USD)

I forgot about Arendal. :)

Some Klipsch subs are OK, some not... depends on the model.

Hate to say it, but saving for that extra 150 ducats is going to be a very worthwhile investment in a quality Subwoofer. (Especially without knowing which specific Klipsch models are available to you.)
What about the offerings from XTZ and Arendal?

Arendal is more expensive.

I would also recommend saving up to get the SVS if you can, it goes a lot deeper than the klipsch you mentioned.

The times are changing. Used to be amplified active subs were the route to take, since such designs, which incorporated internal crossover/filtering, was a means to bass management when sub was connected to stereo or multi-channel amplification with limited or NO bass management. Today consider a passive sub and Crown Amp for bass desires, letting your modern Pre-Pro, AVR, or 2.1 Receiver/Preamp manage the bass. It's an inexpensive/flexible/high performance route to satisfying bass.

Ah yes...
I tought to take active subwoofer if it is good..
for a passive subwoofer there is probably no special output on the amplifier

However, in his budget range probably just more expensive to use a pro amp like the Crown (especially for only one sub) and a passive sub....even if diy on the sub that's not usually a way to good value....two diy subs and an amp improve on that quite a bit, tho. What passive subs are available where he is I wonder, tho?

I don't know what the distribution of passive subs looks like even in my area. I do know that my new 2.1 Parasound P6 Preamp/DAC permits as much control over my passive sub as needed via its high and low pass adjustable filters. I also am running a new 2.1 Marantz NR 1200 as a preamp, using its adjustable low pass filtering for nice bass from my sub. Overall, the bass management from these devices rivals multi-channel bass management from my OPPO. I imagine if I had a new AVR or Pre-pro with either .1 or .2sub preouts I would also find complete satisfaction with my passive sub. It seems to just be more tailorable.
