Moved my equipment Rack to free up room for a good deal SVS Sub I bought used after finding the sweet spot. I need a 25 or 30 ft long run of HDMI 2.1 cable to reach my Sony OLED TV. Checked Monoprice some long runs 4k 2.1 High Speed says for in-wall . I am not using anything in-wall but it's kind of confusing which one works from my OLED to Marantz SR6015 receiver.

Really, as long as it's a certified cable, it being rated for in-wall isn't relevant to that part. It just won't be a pretty cable. I've purchased a few longer cables from monoprice and haven't had any issues so I can recommend them without hesitation.

If you had gone to the cables section of the forum, you would see my post asking excatly the same question.

I purchased the Ruipro pointed out above and it works perfectly. If you have MS edge browser it promts you that it will save you another 19 doillars on the 169 cable.

I don't care where you live, but you still need to order a hybrid optical/copper cable and voltage inserter (best) or a powered HDMI cable, very much second best. You can not use a standard HDMI cable. So you will have to be patient and order one or the other. Sorry, no other options.

Monoprice 8K SlimRun AV Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable 150ft - AOC 48Gbps Black - Monoprice.com

Another option I just uncovered, doesn't take away from TLS's information, but a less expensive cable
It may be fine. The issue is that this in new complex technology. Ruipro has the longest and best reliability track record. There are quite a few options out there, and quite a few reports of premature failure. My Ruipro cable has been in use 2 years, so far with no problems.

My recommendation was just the safe recommendation. Your results from other brads may vary. The decision is yours.

I have just done a survey of consumer reviews, and Ruipro has by far the highest reliability ratings in this class of cable, with 96% reporting high reliability. The Monoprice seems to be the runner up and some seem dreadful.

Personally I would go for Ruipro, as I hate failures, but that is just me.
