The best 4k 2.1 HDMI Cable

Running HDMI k4 2.1 from Denon X6700 eARC to Sony A90J eARC which HDMI cable is good for this application

They're well made but personally have never found reason to buy one as they're a bit pricey IMHO, outside of hdmi/usb/optical I often just make my own, too. I've got quite a few from Monoprice over the years, the only ones I didn't like were the heavy flextech covered ones.

I know BJC isn't really the bad guy like others in the industry that are telling you stories and promising single-crystal extruded copper that magically massages and relaxes the electrons into some fudge-dripping sonic unicorn fart...
Belden is known to make good quality cables, after all...

But the cost is extreme. *shrugs

I find Monoprice to be completely reasonable, and for their Certified Premium 4k cables I have, they just simply WORK!. I have 5 or 6 of them in service.

Bluejeans has a variety of levels and their cheapest cable is still better than any of the others I've used. The prices are comparable to any other "budget" cable. One advantage with them is you can select lengths other than the standard 3/6/10ft lengths.

Look at the Tartan 28 AWG the 6ft is less than $5 and the 24 AWG 6ft is $6.25. Only their higher performance cables, using the highest quality cable and connectors are pricey.

For LONG cables, that's harder to say. I have no problem with Monoprice stuff, but for long runs, I'd probably opt for Bluejeans.

What speeds are those certified for?

All of these cables are HDMI ATC tested; the certifications for the 24 AWG cable are: Standard speed (Category 1), up to 40 feet; High speed (Category 2), up to 20 feet. The 28 AWG cables are high-speed certified to 10 feet, and standard speed to 15 feet.

Their top tier cables aren't really flexible, so I've been using the Tartans for years in multiple systems without issue.
