F#%k him. I sat through “The Cobbler.” He can sit and wait for pancakes. F#%kin’ hack. :D
He literally gets paid to take his friends on vacation and film it while pretending it's a movie.

I'd do it. Sounds awesome.

I don't think I've wanted to watch one of his movies in years. A few that he's just an actor in look pretty good. Uncut gems comes to mind. He was very good in Funny People.

I do like Sandler, but the movies he writes and directs have been garbage for years.

Yeah, his movies came along at a time when "Friends" was the big thing on TV. The bar had been lowered. There are about as many classics episodes of that piece of s#%t as there are classic Sandler movies. They were products of their time. His movies were to the 90's and 2000's what Jerry Lewis movies were to the 50's and 60's. But, he's laughing all the way to the bank even if the audience isn't laughing at all.:D

Seriously, I have no life.
I was just pulling a leg or two, which I thought my misspelling of his name should make clear :D
I saw it but people misspell, so I didn't worry about it.

I'm a member of a forum for people who sell/design/install AV and networking equipment and one member has a degree in linguistics. He'll blather on and on about very small mistakes in spelling & grammar to the point of us making pre-emptive comments that he should just let it go.

I had to re-read this a few times before I figured out you weren't talking about THIS forum.

All I could think is "well, which member is the one with the linguistics degree?"

Dunno, it it were me at the IHOP, I would have told him, "Give me some Opera-Man character to plead your case and we'll see what we can do about bumping you up" :p

There ARE other places for this kind of info, ya know. One thing that's good about that trade-oriented forum is that we don't need to deal with hundreds of threads and questions about cables. We just don't care and I seriously doubt any of the members has used less than half a million feet of speaker wire.

If this forum had that guy as a member, you would know it. He also has decades of experience (which he'll gladly repeat for those who didn't enjoy seeing it the other 1000 times before), yet he asks questions that could be answered in less time and without annoying others by searching google.
