So, set up my Pio Elite, most working good, but both my blu ray players pause to (what i assume is collecting data or rereshing)
But they work as advertised with standard movies, an i right in assuming is an inferior hdmi cable?
I ordered some really good 8k cables, not cuz I need 8k, but why not for future equipment....
Right track?
First, thanks

Hello,
First thanks for all the great feedback,
So my system is :
AVR Pio Elite-VSX-82TXS (I believe 10 to 12 years old)
Samsung Blu-Ray (#1) Bd-D6500
Samsung Blu-,Ray (#2) UBD-M7500
4 to 7 years old
TV Samsung UN65JU6700 FXZA
I run Dish Hopper for TV
Cox high speed cable for internet.
Just put on all 8k HDMI cables....
All hooked up via 2.2 HDMI
Speakers on all 7 channels, 2 big subs
I am slowly getting the AVR dialed in, but still cannot get the blu-ray discs on either unit to play without constantly pausing, play, blackscreen, play blackscreen, on and on......
Put in a standard disc no issues....plays like a champ...Great pic and sound....brilliant....
Does this mean the Pio AVR will not support the BluRays signal?
Do these players upscale the standard disc signal or is it the AVR, or both?
Is it a 1.4 hdmi issue?
I tried to change the output of the BluRay DVD players but could not figure it out...
Any help....thanks folks, your awesome...
