Hi All,
I just purchased the 3600h and am in the process of hooking everything up. As I read into this ave, it looks like I can run the front l/r using external amo ( in this case Emotiva) and switch of the onboard amos.
But based on what I read, the typical set up has atmos and hence easy to amp assign.
In my case, my set up equates to a 7.2 configuration and no atmos.
In my mind the straight forward set up is to let the Emotiva drive the 5 channels and the Denon drive the rear back and the 2 subs.
Question is for my set up, will I be able to amp assign the l/r and turn off the Denon onboard amps? Thoughts on
(1) is this possible with a 7.2 configuration?
(2) if it's possible, then how would I go about configuration of the Denon including the hook up?
TIA.
